Join Lewes Town Council at Lewes Town Hall to celebrate the last year in Lewes and have your say about the town.
The Annual Town Meeting is for the people of Lewes to hear updates and ask questions of their councils.
We’re hosting the meeting in the Council Chamber at Lewes Town Hall, with free brownies from local baker Guns and Posies and refreshments for attendees including locally pressed apple juice from Middle Farm, as well as a packed schedule of interesting information and discussion about the town.
At 7pm, we’ll be presenting the 2025 Civic Awards, rewarding the generous people of Lewes who have enhanced our community.
Then at 7.30pm the Annual Town Meeting will reflect on Lewes Town Council’s 50th year. There will also be presentations from Lewes District Council, East Sussex County Council and James MacCleary MP
Followed by the opportunity to ask questions to Lewes Town Council about pressing matters in the town.
All are welcome, come along to share your views, ask your questions and make your voice heard!
